The National Econometricians Day (in Dutch: Landelijke Econometristendag, abbreviated as LED) is the largest annual recruitment event for students in the fields of econometrics, operations research, data science, and actuarial sciences in The Netherlands. On this day, over 600 students get the opportunity to orientate themselves on their future careers and get in contact with their potential future employers.
As we host a lot of different companies, a wide variety of sectors can be explored during the LED 2024. These sectors vary from Banking, Trading, Data Science, Consulting & Asset Management to Operations Research, Healthcare, Transport & Logistics, Retail, Actuarial Science & more!

A Company Case consists of a 2.5 hour workshop given by a company, consisting of an assignment and presentation given by the company. This way you learn about the company and the approaches in their day-to-day work.
