It’s all possible at Rotate, an Utrecht-based scale-up that provides strategy consulting advice, commercial software and data products to the biggest companies in air cargo.

Founded in 2022 we have established ourselves as the go-to partner for strategic and commercial decision-making in air cargo, growing to 45+ employees with offices in Utrecht and Kuala Lumpur along the way. In just three years, we’ve delivered more than 20 consulting assignments and now count 13 of the world’s 30 largest airlines among our clients.

We’re expanding quickly and open new roles throughout the year. You can join us full-time as a Strategy Consultant or Data Scientist, or become part of the team as a Working Student or Thesis Student.

As a strategy consultant, your clients range across the entire air cargo ecosystem. You might help an airline decide whether to acquire a freighter and optimize its network, support a government in shaping its national air cargo strategy, or perform commercial due diligence of an acquisition target. Each project is unique, offering both analytical depth and strategic exposure.

As a data scientist, you’ll help build and refine our software and data products. In the market intelligence team, you’ll process large datasets, detect outliers, and generate insights on what is happening in the industry. In the Fleet & Network team, you’ll help develop optimization models that improve airlines’ networks and enable airlines to sell the right cargo on the right flights.
