ABOUT SiRM

SiRM offers a challenging and inspiring working environment with top-level strategic advisory assignments. Socially relevant work with real impact. We provide strategic advice, conduct research, and perform (policy) evaluations. For example, we help a hospital develop a new strategy along with its quantitative substantiation, or we investigate for a ministry what effects a policy has had on the quality of specific care services. With our well-substantiated advice, we enable executives and policymakers to determine a sustainable strategy or develop sustainable policy. We take a strong analytical approach and, whenever possible, provide precise metrics and figures. In addition, we use qualitative research methods, such as interviews and working sessions. Our clients come from all sectors of healthcare and include healthcare providers, health insurers, government agencies, industry associations, and patient representatives. We advise independently, and the societal perspective is always our starting point.
